Welcome to the Mob: Two Key Executives Join Mob Science, Inc.

David Callahan of Zynga and Chad Wilson of Crowdstar join Mob Science as VP of Product & Operations and Senior Game Designer, Respectively

San Diego, CA - May 9, 2012 - Mob Science, Inc. (www.mobscience.com), an early Zynga Platform partner and the developer behind more than a dozen popular social games, announced today the addition of two key hires to its executive ranks: David Callahan as vice president of product and operations, and Chad Wilson as senior game designer. Coming from Zynga and Crowdstar, respectively, David and Chad will join their fellow "mobsters" in San Diego to help accelerate the company's mission of building the world's best mid-core Role Playing Games.

"I couldn't be more excited to welcome David and Chad to the team," said Michael Witz, founder and CEO of Mob Science. "David is going to provide the product oversight and stewardship that is so vital to our growth at this stage of the company, and Chad is simply one of the best game designers in the industry. They both come to us with deep experience, stellar reputations, and a strong belief in the type of games we are building."

David Callahan has more than 19 years experience in product management, architecture planning and executive leadership. Most recently David was a product manager at Zynga, working on the Mafia Wars franchise. He has previously served as the principal architecture specialist at Oracle and senior architecture specialist at Siebel Systems. Reporting to the CEO, David will be responsible for all product management at Mob Science, overseeing the launch and maintenance of the company's games as it continues to roll out new titles.

"When Michael shared what he and his team are up to, I was blown away," said David Callahan, vice president of product and operations at Mob Science. "Everyone there is clearly very talented and passionate, and they seem to have the right DNA to succeed. I'm honored to have the opportunity to join their ranks."

Chad Wilson is a veteran game designer who most recently served as lead game designer at Crowdstar, working on such titles as Happy Pets, Happy Aquarium, Happy Island, and many others on both social and mobile platforms. Chad's previous employers include Electronic Arts and Cryptic Studios. At Mob Science, Chad will be responsible for the game economy and systems design for each of the company's forthcoming titles.

"When I was asked to join Mob Science I was thrilled to be thrown into the mix during the most fragile part of development," said Chad Wilson, senior game designer at Mob Science. "The social gaming market seems to be ready to advance to the next stage of gaming. Something new and fresh, ‘Mid-Core' gaming will take what the gamers on today's Facebook are accustomed to and submerge them into a world that they can explore and adventure through during short sessions. Mob Science is building the future of social games that feature beautifully drawn characters, scenery and action. Their games have a style all their own, and I hope to be able to contribute a little of my own MMO flavor to that style to help take it to the next level."
